How to prepare rice in different ways

Rice is a very popular food in the world and it is one of the most consumable food by everybody mostly in Nigeria. The reason is that rice can be cooked in different ways and can be eaten with all kind if sauces like onion sauce, stew sauce, and vegetable sauce. Rice is carbohydrates and it gives vitamin in the body, and it is the most easiest food you can cook yourself without the help of anyone. Now in this article, I will be putting you through on the different ways you can prepare your rice and trust me, you will like it. OK let's begin

FRIED RICE: Fried rice is very popular in Nigeria, and it is also sold in some restaurant in Nigeria. Before proceeding, you ought to know the ingredients which you must use. Below are the ingredients used in preparing fried rice:

1. Rice
2. Green bean
3. Spring onion
4. Curry
5. Thyme
6. Green pepper
7. Groundnut oil or chicken beef
8. Salt
9. Green peas
10. Water
11. Meat or liver
12. Carrot
13. Chicken

Now these are the procedures below for cooking fried rice.

Wash your spring onion, green beans, green pepper, wash your carrot and scrape it for a nice and fresh look, wash your onion and also cube wash your meat or liver and cook for some minutes (10 or 15 minutes) and cube. Then you can wash your chicken or beef and cut it, and some onion, curry, thyme, salt, and water to season the meat and cook. After you have done that, heat your groundnut oil for 10 minutes and fry other ingredients, make sure you add st and onion after a while, add your par boiled rice to the ingredients, add water from your chicken or meat, and cook. Please note, you must par boil your rice before adding it to your fried ingredients. Enjoy.

Now that you have known how to prepare, fried rice, let me also put you through on cocoanut rice. Cocoanut rice is also very delicious and tasty, it is also consumed by many Nigerians. Remember I said earlier that they are different methods of cooking rice, so cocoanut rice is another different method entirely. Now lets begin.

The ingredients for cooking cocoanut rice is very easy and simple to get, you just need to have your tomato's, cocoanut, rice, red pepper, fish, meat and your maggi cubes.

Procedures:  first of all, you need to wash and par boil your rice depending on the cups of rice you want to cook and while boiling your rice, break your cocoanut and grate it, add water to it and then strain the out the milk, pour to heat, add your fish or meat when it is still tender, add your rice and leave it to boil for at least 10-20 minutes. After that, add your remaining ingredients and cook until it dries. Enjoy. That's it.  Make sure you serve it hot so as to feel the taste and delicious aroma.
